i was surprised how much i liked this #veganturkey roast 🦃. it was eerily shaped like a turkey. the instructions said to put water in the tray before cooking and turn it halfway through. there was a lot of water left at the end so i made gravy with it, which raised overall flavor and satisfaction. if you are creeped out by products that have similar texture to meat, this is not for you. it has a very realistic turkey texture.
i appreciate the cooking tray is sturdy. i have reused it many times.
