Review of Veganized Noodle Bowl at Smokin Fins Restaurant by vikas
So my friends took me to a popular local seafood joint in Denver and there was nothing on the menu that I could eat. The waiter was a bit reluctant but friendly and suggested asking the chef to #veganize the Asian noodle bowl. And guess what, it was amazing! It was a soupy vegan miso broth with udon noodles, spinach, carrots, edamame, mushrooms, cabbage, ginger, sliced jalapeno, chili oil and fresh cilantro!
A venerable feast with an incredibly spicy kick!
