Having them allready in the chilli sauce is very handy and they really are full of flavour and fibre very good for our body

Make vegetable burgers adding the kidney beans and fresh herbs 🤗🤪

Making a nut loaf add them in

5 bean mixed salad adding balsamic vinigar olive oil and seasoning allow to sit over night served with salad delicious

Making a 5 bean chilly ideally cooked in slow cooker is really nice too with rice

Adding to vegan mince making a chilly

Even making a Mexican meal they are perfect.

OK for a bean and lentil soup too
