So crazy how much this tastes like traditional pozole, but with noodles! Talk about a yummy fusion dish! It’s got to be all the tasty traditional herbs and spices used including the Chiles 🌶️!! Who needs meat to enjoy this delicious aromatic dish! Not me!
I make a mean plant based pozole and hopefully should be making soon since the cold season is upon us!!

Add the seasoning packet, herb packet, oil packet, and hot water. Unfortunately a lot of plastic packaging going on in this #ditchplasticsavetheocean and a plastic fork for on the go eating!
