Idealite just blows every other food chain out of the water for me 👏 A #healthy eating one, no less! This plating was just creative 💯
The combination of #mapotofu and #noodles is one I don’t see nearly enough! It simply boggles me so because hello, how more perfect a combo can it be? 😵 Idealite’s #tofu, much like their #soymilk is nothing short of amazing and it definitely stood out here. You’ll find the #ramen littered with matchstick carrots 🥕 and cucumbers 🥒 and unfortunately the #evilweed 🙅♀️ They claim to use a #wholewheat ramen and you can definitely tell 😋 Bites are textured and a little more chewy than usual.
There’s a slight oversight though 😮 The #mapo sauce they use does not mix very well or is just insufficient for the portion they give — 638kcal by the way! I’m hoping it’s a fluke and yours fares better, but keep that in mind when ordering!
