🌽 This is corn on the cob dipped in beer batter and fried. Topped w/ Cholula mayo, v parm, fresh cilantro and chilli powder. 
😋 Our Vegan Cocina in Portland offers some very tasty food! Follow them on IG for their pop up schedule. 
🐌 We tried this at Flip Side vegan market at 6550 North Interstate Ave, same place as Hail Snail and V3! There are loads of vegan vendors and makers at these events that benefit Green Acres Farm Sanctuary.
