Review of Cheddar Shreds - Earth Island by theveglife
This cheddar cheese is delicous! It melts well and has a good taste. I've used it in baked pasta and I made cheesy miso ramen noodles for dinner tonight using this. It was mouth watering!

theveglife I just winged it lol!! Cooked the noodles to 80% and sautéed some veggies, onion & garlic in a pan with gochugaru. Made a sauce with dark soy sauce, tahini, mirin, black bean paste and rice vinegar. Added the noodles and sauce to the veg pan and mixed until everything was coated and heated well. Added a small amount of miso mixed with water, and cheese for just the last ~2 minutes of cooking just until the liquid was all absorbed!Reply
