It has an adequate nutrition level specially the B12 (22%of daily need)
But ...perhaps because I haven't eaten animals for over 30 years ....it tastes too much like real meat.
I know the meat replacement industry thinks that that is important and that that is what the customer wants, but to me it is the opposite.
Please don't let me taste anything meat-like chicken-like or fish-like.
It smells terrible if I may say so.
I will not eat this again.
