Review of Raspberry Lemonade at Scratch Ice Cream by rosieb33

I admit I was a bit skeptical of this flavor, anticipating an icy, overly sweet, sherbert concoction which many of us have experienced as the only option while seeking decedent & creamy vegan ice cream. (I reject your non-dairy, ice-burned rainbow sherbert, but thanks anyway.) But alas, I was wrong to judge this book by its cover!

The #lemon ice cream was so creamy and satisfying, and the #raspberry jam swirls added some additional dimension. The fruit tasted fresh and real, not synthetic in the least. The perfect ice cream on a hot summer evening. Really, Scratch can do no wrong in my book. I'll be back! 🍋
