A nice snack to bump up your protein intake. It is quite chewy. I am not used to chewing so much, it was a good exercise to my chewing muscles. Tastes ok, I guess not everyone is going to enjoy this. It has too much salt and sugar. But it has excellent protein content with less saturates, making it a reasonable choice. I would probably buy it again if I see it in the supermarket, but won't go looking for it.
