Review of Mushroom & Company Multipurpose Umami Seasoning Blend - Trader Joe's by theveglife

I hate mushrooms (it's the texture for me) but I LOVE this mushroom umami seasoning. It really bring an extra "umph" to any savoury dish.

My favourite ways to use it are to sprinkle it on my avocado toast (3rd photo), throw it on popcorn or roast veggies, and blending some into my cashew cream pasta sauce for extra dimension of flavor.

Its very versatile and is a great all-purpose seasoning for cooking on a time crunch! It is salty (first ingredent) so you must watch how much additional salt you add.
