Usually I buy Molinaro’s Pizza Start Kit when making pizza at home. This time while at Independent’s, I decided to try Old Mill’s version. Both pizza kits included 2 pizza crusts and 2 packs of tomato / pizza sauce.

I didn’t notice any difference between the two brands. The crust was soft and the sauce was just as flavourful (at least to me).

I loaded the pizza although you can’t see the toppings because of the cheese (see the last couple photos) and the crust held up nicely. I will buy this again.

The price was $5.99, same as Molinaro’s.
