Review of Mushroom and chestnut burger - Plant Living by sushruth
This healthy burger is full of flavourful mushrooms. Easy to prepare, 25 minutes in the oven makes them nice and crispy. They are a bit fragile though. Low in fat, saturates and sugars. Good source of fibre and protein. Overall a great choice for a healthy meal. These will always have a place in my freezer and stomach.
