Error with restaurant "{name}"

I’ve been on a Bibimbap kick lately and this one from Tang did not disappoint! It does need to be veganized by asking them to omit the egg and without meat or seafood. I asked if they could add tofu instead and they were more than happy to do so. Unfortunately the kimchi is not vegan 🌱, but the pickled spicy cucumbers and pickled Napa cabbage made up for it! With our meal they brought out those to pickles, seasoned potatoes and a broccoli salad that I new i wouldn’t be able to eat because it was mayo based! The other 3 starters are vegan 🌱 friendly  and so so tasty 😋! 
At the base of the bowl was steamed white rice topped with zucchini, carrots 🥕, mushrooms 🍄, mung beans, tofu and sesame seeds! I drizzled with gochujang and dug in!
This was so delicious 😋 
Staff super friendly and very accommodating!
So glad we came here after grocery shopping for lunch!
Will definitely be back!
