Absolutely cursed 😂 I never had anything but traditional #meekolok growing up but it seems like these odd #noodle pairings are the norm for vegetarians in Kuching 😅 I absolutely adore #meetikus / #rattail noodles for their chewy & bitey texture, but gosh do they not work in something this simple. They’re fairly “smooth” and thus don’t hold on too much oil & are better served stir-fried or in a curry / broth. This was all else good nonetheless, as is with pretty much all their dishes 😇
