Review of Mediterranean Bowl at Panera Bread by avafortheanimals
This is my go to order at Panera. This bowl can be made vegan by removing the feta cheese and Greek yogurt. It comes with a quinoa and brown rice blend, cucumbers, olives, grape tomatoes, arugula (not pictured because they were out), hummus, and a lemon tahini dressing. The flavors go together nicely, and they always give me a large amount of hummus. This bowl comes with a side (which is nice because it didn’t before), either a baguette, an apple, or chips. I always get the baguette so I can dip it in the extra hummus.
