Error with restaurant "{name}"

Raven is fully vegan and offers breakfast, lunch and diner everyday due to it being inside a hotel  in #[mendocino](hashtag-5bac58e633a3a9efa9f246d6) 😍
I ordered the florentine which is described as follows on menu "House English muffin, spinach, choice of seasoned tofu, braised tempeh or tamari tempeh slices. Ravens' Hollandaise Sauce, Choice of country potatoes, sweet potatoes or refried pinto beans". 
I chose the braised tempeh and sweet potatoes. 
The sauce was good but the english muffin was really weird. At first I could not figure out what it was and then I had some without the sauce and the bread was sweet 🙃. It really threw the whole dish off for me when it felt like I was having sauce on pancakes. It was not suoer sweet but sweet enough for me to notice and not enjoy the meal. 
It was $12.50
