Something I grew up with and love.
Samp goes well with a gravy, "potjie kos" or curry. I eat it just as it is, I just love the taste.
Low GI, high in fiber and reduce fat absorbtion buy high in carbohydrates.

veronicagroen Really? Just shows you, we assume it is something everybody will know. It is a staple here in SA, but I see the younger generation doesn't always know it. I love, I can eat it every dayReply
