Love ❤️ organic Roma tomatoes for sauce bases, in pico de gallo, in sandwiches 🥪 etc.. These were ripe, fresh and ready to use. I wish they weren’t prepackaged like this in plastic and styrofoam but they were cheaper….
I roasted these in the airfryer and blended with other ingredients to make the base for the sauce that I mixed with mushrooms 🍄 to make tacos 🌮😋🙌🌱!
I bought these from my local Fresh Farms International Market.
