Tofu is a staple in our home 🏡! Excellent 👍🏼“meat” substitute to add to #stirfry, #sandwiches 🥪and #salads 🥗or “egg” substitutes in tofu scrambles!
I used this Extra Firm Tofu by Milan cubed and #airfryed topped on a wrap I made and also sliced thick, marinated, and airfryed in a sandwich 🥪!
Good source of #protein and #calcium
Also #lowinsodium, #noaddedsugar and #lowinsaturatedfat for that #hearthealthier alternative!
