This is yet another review of a snack / treat that was part of the Bunny Box Christmas gift I received from my thoughtful sister.

You can never have enough pistachios! Too bad the snack pack is small, but thankfully there were 2 packs of pistachios in the box.

There are only 2 ingredients: pistachios and sea salt. Surprisingly, there isn’t too much salt in the package. And pistachios themselves are a delicious source of plant-based protein, calcium, iron, fibre and potassium.
