Review of Create Your Own Pizza at Pieology Pizzeria, University Square by carrieannburns

I really enjoyed going to Pieology Pizzeria and designing my very own pizza / toppings pairing. They only had one crust type which was vegan out of a few options (I was surprised that the cauliflower crust wasn’t vegan but that only the gluten free crust was! This is what has brought my rating from 5 to 4/5 stars! If there were a few other options like a thicker crust for vegans I think it would have brought my rating up to 5 stars!). I chose a bunch of random toppings that I enjoy and decided to give it a try to see if I’ll like it on pizza and huzzah! Tasty! 🤤. The pizzas are a personal size. I believe they only have the one vegan food option. Daiya cheese for the cheese!
