Review of Golden Cayenne with Kenzanji Miso Onigiri at Obon Shokudo by pdxveg
This consisted of sprouted brown rice with creamy, smoky house tofu misozuke inside and golden cayenne peppers long-pickled in kenzanji miso (made with soy, barley, and brown rice) outside, all wrapped in nori. With a lively amount of 🔥, it was delicious.
