Review of Dill Kelp Pickles - Barnacle Foods by sofihuasteca

Made from sustainably collected kelp, sliced into rounds and pickled. The firdt batch I got of these were great and crisp. They are also super cute because the kelp is hollow so you get these little perfeclty circular rings. These were not crisp so it was a real bummer.
