Part of Lidl's Veganuary, meaning it won't be seen again for some time. It was ok in my pasta e fagioli soup, but nothing out of this world. It held its shape and texture, but the taste was lacking. I browned it before making a bolognese sauce, and it was a better result. Not as good as other brands, but still an ok option. 👍
