Review of Banh Cuon at Loving Hut by blacklilyleaf

Banh Coun (stuffed rice noodle plate) is a rare find. I haven’t seen a vegan version in any other restaurants in Sydney. Soft silky rice noodle sheet are stuffed with tvp and black fungus on a bed of bean sprouts. Pickled carrots, salad and a delicious savoury sweet dipping sauce complete the dish. Contains mock “meats” 🌱
