I’ve had okra before, but never pickled so I cannot compare this to any other pickled okra but I can say that I’m enjoying it.

The okra are crunchy and flavorful, but not as garlic-forward as I expected. I usually eat Claussen pickled cucumbers which have a garlicy brine so maybe I’m just used to the garlic infused flavor and others will taste more 🧄 in these than I do 🤷‍♀️

beckyyy Tabitha Brown has a line of vegan foods and housewares at Target for a limited time. For food, there’s a variety of items that are fresh and shelf stable. Some of them would be expected to be vegan such as this one but others, such as burgers, potato salad and ravioli wouldn’t be. I believe they all say “vegan” as part of the branding/consistency. 1 likeReply
