Review of Faux Gras - Gaia by oscargogh

I’ve never had foie gras. Even before I was vegetarian, and then vegan, I always thought that foie gras was cruel. So I have nothing to compare this plant-based version to. I will say that this is firm, but spreadable and quite flavorful and interesting and unique.
