Review of Vitamin B12 100 mcg - Solgar by agreene428
I finally found a low dosage of B12, which is a lot safer than the higher dosage products out there. I will continue to purchase this brand because I trust Solgar. It's in a glass bottle, and it's a sane "serving" of B12. The price is good too, and they are easy to swallow. 😊

agreene428 I'm assuming it's because of my four autoimmune diseases and the medications that I take. A normal healthy person might be fine taking higher doses of B12. 3 likesReply
