Best enjoyed hot off the steamer jiggly piping. Wah=bowl, kueh=cake 👉 A traditional Hokkien dish shaped like #rice #pudding and very much geriatric friendly (me inclusive alongside 499 past our sell by dates on the shelf folks) with savoury bits of #mushrooms topped with brown sauce. Only gripe 👉 aluminium in lieu of bowl though quite understandably so with limited manpower to wash 500 bowls per dish served
