Review of Poha - Rajdhani by esha16
Poha is basically flattened rice flakes. This dish is very famous in #India normally eaten in #Breakfast and one of the #healthiest dish full of #nutrition.
One of the ways how it can be prepared is written just above the ingredients section on the packet. You can customize according to the type of veggies you like.
I usually make it with Onion, Tomatoes, Potatoes, Peas (sometimes), Coriander leaves, Curry leaves, Lemon juice and some spices. On top of the Poha I have put salted peanuts and aloo namkeen.
This is quite simple and easy to make once you understand your rice flakes as there are different kinds.
