Review of Vanilla flavoured cake mix - Golden cloud by cdg2399
I was bored of trying to find the perfect vanilla cake recipe and bought this. 🍰
I subbed the eggs for banana’s 🍌 as Ive heard you can. I usually bake with a flax egg (flax seed powder and water) but its not the prettiest and I thought I’d try the banana.
The banana taste was very subtle and the cake was quite light and fluffy in texture. It was alot of icing mix, I would put less next time.
All in all recommended, but I’ll try a different egg replacer (I hear sprite works fantastically?!). 🎂

intraferon Vinegar + soy milk / pea milk also works, our cakes always come out really fluffy. Though you can't use any other plant milk, it won't curdle with the vinegar.1 likeReply
