Review of Fall Shaped Pasta - Reggano by iszy
I'm a sucker for fun pasta shapes. I found this one at Aldi and thought it was so cute. The pasta is colored with pumpkin, tomato, spinach, and beet root powders. Like I've found with lots of intricate pasta shapes, they don't hold together well when mixed with sauce 😢. I made a very mediocre cashew Alfredo to mix with it and broccoli.

iszy Well thanks. The recipe I usually use calls for potatoes and cashews. This time I tried one with just cashews and it just didn't seem as creamy and the flavorings were off. Oh well! I'll know to stick to my preferred recipe in the future. It's also nothing a bit more salt and red pepper flakes can't cover up. 1 likeReply
