Review of Gluten flour - Bob's Red Mill by suzannebanane
I always use Bob's when I make seitan. I love making my seitan using #86eats recipes since they are pretty simple and most of the kneading is done by the food processor. This roast beef is a little over done but it's delish in a wrap with veggies, vegan may and horseradish. I find the Bob's Red Mill Vital Wheat Gluten reliable and easy to find in stores. The price is pretty average but it's definitely a brand I trust. It would be nice if they switched to paper bags like traditional flour.
