Review of Vegan Spinach & Cashew Ravioli - Trader Joe's by plantcircles
Super tasty ravioli.
I open a chickpea can and cook lightly with seasoning of choice in oven or skillet . Save the aqua faba for the pesto, empty half of a TJ’s spinach bag in the VMix, two or three TJ’s frozen garlic pods, TJ’s nutritional yeast, freshly toasted pine nuts(almonds , walnuts or cashew work well too) salt pepper, a little EVOO and Blam!!!!! These are so packed with nutritional value. Proteins, iron, good and lower in fat than regular pesto because aqua faba. Also super comforting carbs for the long fall evenings;) great product!!!
