Review of Teahouse Edition- Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha - Jade Leaf by yarilovezzucchini

there’s been some hype around this brand and it’s relatively popular so i thought i’d try it out and hopefully find a new favorite. i’m just gonna say that it’s fine overall.

it’s sweetness profile, is present but low. it creates a smooth, rich, green color. it’s quite vivid, and it’s can be a little coarse, so it does require sifting. it doesn’t have a strong lingering bitterness—if sweetened. personally i wouldn’t buy this again. it doesn’t seem to have a unique or complex flavor as i was hoping.

i think it is good for those who are new to matcha and are looking to start making lattes.
