Review of Ala Carte Kalasan Fried Chicken at Warung Ijo by skootykoots

Wasn’t planning on having this but my friends were curious and wanted something ‘meaty’. They use really nice #mockmeat stuff for this. The ‘meatiness n chewiness is really damn convincing.

The batter is really nice,with a lightly spiced taste of turmeric n other delicious spice. Those crunchy bits are soo good,very much like the Indonesian/Malaysian style of deep fried goodies!

Im one of those who seldom order #mockchicken if im dining on my own,but I thoroughly enjoyed this one!
