I didn’t know what category to put this in . But this is mushroom 🍄 in powder form . It contains reishi,maitake,shiitake, chaga and Turkey tail mushrooms 🍄 1000mg per 1/2 tsp.
Helps with immune strength . No fillers or grains . Vegan 🌱 🍄🌱. I add to coffee ☕️. Will buy again.
