Very nice and healthy dish. You can create it with lots of veggy elemnts. I usually add on the rice base tofu + edamame + chickpeas + goma wakame + avocado + nori seaweed + cashew nuts. I find it tasty and healthy and leave mirice poke really satisfied! try it!!
