This tofu is SO delicious. The smoke flavour is strong but not overpowering. I love it!
Here it is featured in a Greek salad with tomatoes and cucumbers from my garden. Yes!! No sad desk lunch for me!!!
I got this tofu at #thevnm (the Vancouver vegan night market)
