Review of Vegan Cake at Gullfoss - Panorama Restaurant - Cafe - Shop by knorthway

This is too beautiful a dessert to be nameless. I shall call it Wonderswirl Cake— since no ingredients are listed and I’m left to wonder which berries are used. I tasted raspberry, but my partner tasted strawberry. I would actually call this a cheesecake or a custard-type cake, but this restaurant clearly doesn’t feel the need to specify. With Gull Falls right nearby, I guess this restaurant figures most aren’t paying attention to the lack of creativity when naming beautiful, edible creations.
