Punggol Warerway used to be a haven for vegos in the northeast. But sadly they closed one by one. Even the vegan-friendly Cedele is now a Tiong Bahru Bakery 🤬
Thankfully A One Signature (which used to be a vego restaurant called Green Signature) has a vegetarian menu. A lot of the items on the menu had to be veganised.
This olive rice, for example, is usually fried with egg.
