Review of Phyllo Pastry - Mediterranean Delicacies by intraferon
So we burned the first half of this because we are dumb, but the second half that we used to make baklava and spinach and mushroom cups came out lovely and crunchy. My only complaint is that the sheets of pastry were very stuck together and when we were trying to peel them apart, most of the sheets ended up getting torn. However, it fortunately didn't really matter much for what we were making.
