Used and known all round the world, and being just 15 minutes down the road it would be rude not to use maldon sea salt! Not sure why it has such a following with chefs and restaurants world wide? Maybe it’s the pyramid shape you can also buy from Maldon sea salt? Bit over priced tbh but Nonetheless￼ very tasty! Would recommend! 🧂
