Review of Vegan Chocolate Lady Shake - Meal In A Shake - THE LADY SHAKE by vegan-friendly

Depending on what plant based milk you use, the vegan chocolate lady shake is yummy & easy to consume! I use a mixture of water + milk because it turns into like a thick cake mixture if you only use mylk! I noticed when mixing with water & mylk it made me feel fuller for longer. When I was sticking to their guide - which is one morning, one lunch, healthy snacks in between if you wish, then a light meal for dinner, I was indeed losing weight, and so was my Grandmother! She’s really enjoying it. However when I got covid not long ago, I was trying not to die lol (in all seriousness as I already had health issues) and therefore was unable to consume this type of meal in a shake unfortunately! I’m trying to slowly get back into the routine of this, especially because it contains essentials. How does the Lady/Man Shake work???
