Review of Vegan/Vegetarian Meal (VGML) (Premium Economy) - Qantas Airlines by stevenneoh

If this looks familiar to you, that's because it is - I flew this same sector (QF001 - SIN/LHR) last month in economy, and received almost the exact same meal (#abillionhacks 😁) This shows not just that they don't really upgrade much from economy to premium economy, but also that they have just the one vegan option 😒

(In fairness to them, on the first point, while the starter salad and the mains are the same and just plated more nicely, the desserts are a definite upgrade with this delicious mango and chia jelly presumably from the business class menu, while you also get access to the business class bar and snacks.)

Same comments as before; the side salad was limp and stale, the couscous main was solid but nothing special, the breakfast dish of bread bits with sweet cream was poor. There are many reasons to trade up to Qantas premium economy (great seats!), but the #airlinefood ain't one of them 😐
