Review of Cauliflower Pav Bhaji with Chilli brioche - Gousto by lucylou77

Loved this dish. 1st pic is the recipe card, 2nd is my attempt. Not too shabby. I was a little dubious about oven cooked cauliflower leaves but they were lovely. The flavour in the Pav Bhaji (bolied, mashed cauliflower and potato with curry powder and creamed coconut) was a delight. I will definitely be doing this one again.
