Review of semifreddo al pistacchio e caffè at La Colubrina by flaviapiason
This cake was delicious. Maybe a bit too sweet for my personal taste, which in my opinion overpowered the pistachio taste, but still so great! The sponge cake was perfectly made, super light. I am just very happy to see a 100% plant-based restaurant offering things that are usually difficult/impossible to find, such as delicious, creative desserts.
