Review of Japanese-Style Vegan Tonkotsu Ramen Soup Bowl - Annie Chun's by tamiapple
With cooked ramen noodles, green onion & corn, Annie Chunβs vegan Tonkotsu is so savory & delish. Tonight, I tossed in what I had on hand - cubed tofu & frozen corn, then drizzled a little sesame oil on top. While I usually make my own miso broth, this is a great pantry staple for those days when you donβt have the bandwidth to cook. Yum yum yum, I love this soup!

tamiappleΒ Right?! I wouldnβt have thought instant ramen could be so good, but it is!!! (And, it was a total lifesaver when I was sick with Covid a couple of months ago! I had just enough strength to care for my dog & order food. My grocery order was almost exclusively this soup and lots of fresh veggies & fresh juice.) π1 likeReply
