Amazing super delicious cookies!

They remind me of  “Leibniz-mini chocolate covered cookies” I used to adore as a child!
The base is tender & buttery, and it almost kind of melts in your mouth. 

A very thin chocolate layer on top makes these super fun to eat & adds some extra creaminess & sweetness, otherwise they would be kind of boring.

I love that the box comes with individual smaller packets of cookies, so you don’t need to eat them all at once😄

These are amazing dipped in some hot tea/coffee as well!
